Important Notes

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returning from a Different Country

If you need to return an item from a different country than where it was delivered:

  • Within the Same Country: We can provide prepaid return labels for returns shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered.
    • Example: If your order was shipped to the UAE, we can provide a prepaid return label for returns from within the UAE.
  • Different Country: If you're returning the item from a different country, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs.

Return Shipping Timeline

  • 100-Day Window: Please ship your return within 100 days of receiving the return label. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may not be processed.

Packaging and Personal Items

  • Original Packaging: We recommend keeping the original packaging during the trial period. It helps protect the item during return shipping.
  • Remove Personal Belongings: Please ensure all personal items are removed from the product before returning it. We aren’t responsible for any items left behind.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Like-New Condition: Returned items should be in like-new condition—no damage or alterations.
  • Accidental Damage: If the item gets damaged during the trial period, please let us know when you request a return. We'll address the issue accordingly.
  • Inspection: Upon arrival, we'll inspect the returned item. Emery reserves the right to decline a refund or return if the product is found to be damaged or mishandled.

How to Return an Item

  1. Timeframe: Ensure the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Proof of Purchase: Include the original or electronic receipt, or any other proof of purchase.
  3. Secure Packaging: Package the item securely and send it back via registered mail. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Contact Information: Provide your name and current address when you reach out to us at support@emerypro.com.

Refund Details

  • Refund Amount: We’ll refund the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us, including shipping and currency conversion fees.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit/debit statement, depending on your credit card company.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
