To make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Emery through our website or one of our authorized re-sellers, and you must provide proof of purchase.

What’s Covered

  • In the rare case that your item is found to have a defect, please submit relevant images (if applicable). We will provide you with a return address label to send the item back for inspection and resolution.
  • We guarantee that our product performs as advertised and is suitable for its intended purpose. If it does not meet these standards, you may claim the warranty.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from Misuse or Neglect, improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
  • Gradual deterioration from regular use over time.
  • Damage caused by accidents, spills, drops, or impacts.
  • Any alterations made by unauthorized personnel.
  • Damage from exposure to extreme conditions such as temperature, moisture, chemicals, or sunlight.
  • Items like batteries, bulbs, or other consumables that naturally wear out.

  • A valid receipt or invoice showing the date and place of purchase is required.
  • The warranty is valid only for the original buyer of the product.
